Ep 26. The one thing you shouldn’t outsource

As you grow through your business journey, you will be encouraged to start outsourcing certain components of your business. Whether that be admin tasks, financials, marketing, PR, design, copywriting… and I could probably go on forever. If you aren’t quite there yet, that’s fine, but inevitably you will otherwise you will be stuck on the mouse wheel forever.

In the start-up phase, you are doing everything. You’re wearing a billion and one hats and figuring things out on the fly. But you probably know in your heart that if you carry on like this indefinitely, you will burn out or lose passion and motivation for your business.

You might be tempted to outsource things in your business that feel hard. But a word of warning lovely… don’t outsource this one thing!
