Ep 98. Turning a no into a yes.

I chatted briefly on the podcast a couple of weeks ago about the impact that consumer behaviour has on the decisions of our potential clients to work with us or not. If you haven’t listened to that episode, go and catch it now.

I touched on facing rejection in your business, and how adapting to change in general consumer behaviour can have a positive impact on the decision making process. Basically, on whether or not you can nurture a “yes” out of a potential client or customer.

But a “no” isn’t always a hard “no”. Think about it like this. Perhaps they’re saying no not because of something you’ve said or done, or they don’t like your offer, or they don’t like the sound of your voice, or your hair, your they think you’re ugly (jokes, our minds are pretty funny the way they jump to conclusions like this though right!?). Maybe they are saying “no” because they actually need you to help them step towards a “yes”!
